The Retrofit Assessment starts with a comprehensive appraisal of the property including condition survey, ventilation report and occupant usage, the assessment is underpinned by a fresh Energy Performance Report (EPR) and using the data generated we will then Measure Model your home. The outcome of the Retrofit Assessment will be discussed with you prior to being passed on to a specialist team for project coordination where installers will be nominated, funding where applicable acquired and dates allocated to begin your Retrofit Journey.
